How to Cancel Your Subscription

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription:

  1. Log in to Your Account:
    • Click here to log in. You will receive a unique password code via SMS or email to access your account.
  2. Navigate to Active Subscriptions:
    • Once logged in, locate your Active Subscriptions section.
  3. Find the "Cancel Subscription" Option:
    • Scroll down until you see the "Cancel Subscription" button. This is located below the Upcoming Orders section and above the Discounts section.
  4. Complete the Cancellation Flow:
    • Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.
    • Note: We’ll ask for the primary reason you’re canceling. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us improve!
  5. For Multiple Subscriptions:
    • If you have more than one active subscription, you’ll need to cancel each one individually.

Important Information to Keep in Mind:

  • Charge Date Notifications:
    • We send an email reminder 3 days before your next charge date to give you time to make changes.
  • Changes Before Charge Date:
    • All subscription requests (e.g., flavor changes, address updates, cancellations) must be made before your charge date. Once a charge has been processed, we are unable to make changes to that shipment.
