How to update your shipping address:

7 STEPS

1. The first step is to open GEM and doubleclick GEM Subscription

2. Click Manage

3. Scroll down and click Edit

4. Type in your updates :)
Make sure that your apartment or unit number go in the 2nd 'Address line'

6. Click Save Changes

7. Scroll and click 'Back to order summary' to go back to the main menu and update your other subscription if you have more than one.

Step 1 - Log in to your account HERE: https://www.dailygem.co/account/login and click on the “Profile” tab located on the top left side of the page.



Step 2 - Scroll down to the 'Shipping Address' section and add your shipping information there. Click ‘Update Information’ to save your changes!

If you have more than one subscription shipping to the same address, please check that you are updating both addresses.


If you have more than one subscription shipping to different addresses, please check that you are updating the correct subscription.
