Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we aren’t able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we want to ensure you love your GEM experience! If you’d like to explore other flavors, our Customer Service team would be happy to set your account up with a different flavor that might be a better fit for you.
For subscription adjustments—such as changing flavors, updating your address, or canceling—we kindly ask that you make your request before your next charge date. Once a charge has been processed, we are unable to modify or cancel that shipment.
