What is your refund/return policy?Updated 3 months ago

We do not accept returns/refunds or exchanges due to the sensitive nature of our product. However, we'd like to find the best flavor for you, please reach out to our Customer Service team who can send you samples of a different flavor that might work better for you. 

Please note: all subscription requests, including flavor change, address adjustment, and cancellations, must be made prior to the charge date. Once a charge has been processed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to a shipment. If you are reaching out to [email protected] to make changes to your order, we do require at least 1 full business day notice.
