Why doesn’t Daily Essentials Citrus Ginger have Vitamin-C?Updated a year ago

As long as you’re eating a well rounded diet of fruits & veggies, chances are you’re getting enough vitamin C already. 75 mg of vitamin C is recommended per day for adults by the National Institute of Health, so if you’re eating one medium orange (75mg), ½ raw bell pepper (95mg), or 1 cup of raw broccoli (78mg) then you’re getting enough vitamin C to cover your bases!

What We Have Instead: Vitamin C works best when paired with polyphenols or naturally-occurring phytochemicals found in fruits & vegetables. Instead, we recommend getting your daily vitamin C intake by a food-first approach and use the fruits & sea vegetables in GEM to help assist its absorption.
