What if my shipment date falls on the weekend?
GEM doesn’t ship over the weekend, so your order will ship the following business day.
How long will my GEM package take to arrive?
We do our best to have all packages shipped out of our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days of your payment confirmation.Shipping time starts AFTER the package has shipped, which can be up to 2 business days from the purchase as we do not ship
What happens if my package is damaged or goes missing?
